The Team

We have a great team of people working in the practice, and it is our job to make sure you are treated well and enjoy coming to see us.

There are 2 HCPC registered Podiatrists, Shaiba and Marianne and they are brilliantly supported by Kim, who is the Office Administrator.

Here you will learn a bit more about us. What makes us tick and what our ideal Sunday looks like.

I qualified in 2018 from the University of Huddersfield, and I am now the very proud owner of the Practice!

I went into Podiatry with the main aim of helping my patients with the pain they may be experiencing. My Podiatry skills allow me to alleviate pain and deliver an instant satisfaction to my patients.

I am an auntie to many nieces and nephews and love nothing more than spoiling them with days out and treats such as baking, going to the cinema and sharing a big bowl of ice cream.  In my free time I like to run and try to go at least a couple of times a week… got to run off all the cakes and ice cream! Running also helps me to clear my mind after a busy day in clinic.

I have spent recent years exploring more of the world and have travelled to places like America, Canada, Morocco, Turkey and Hong Kong, along with a few European City Breaks; ticking the places off my bucket list as I go!

I first met Fiona when I shadowed her during my 6th Form work placement, during this placement I confirmed my love for Podiatry, a few years along the road and I am back. Originally working alongside Fiona in her busy practice and now following Fiona’s decision to retire, the owner of the practice.

I studied podiatry at the University of Huddersfield and graduated in 2021, initially working in the NHS with high risk patients until moving into private practice in 2024. I joined the team here in January 2025.

My role as a Podiatrist is something I adore and I love reducing pain, improving mobility and having a good natter whilst I’m at it!

I’ve often been described as an old soul and enjoy learning everything I can from those who I meet.

I keep very busy in my personal life between my family and hobbies, and I am a keen gym goer. I’ve been lifting weight for years and enjoy keeping my body strong. I’m also a big foodie, so being active helps!

In terms of the more exciting or memorable stuff; I’m a keen motorcyclist who’s working my way up to my ‘big girl license’ and for now have a Honda Grom, which lets me and my little legs have lots of fun up in the peaks. I’m also impartial to a good book!

I’m Kim, the Office Administrator and I’ve been with the practice since March 2018, and I deal with the day to day activities involved in a busy Podiatry practice.  I am very organised by nature and this skill has served me well within the practice.

My career has taken many forms over the years and prior to joining the practice I considered myself foot phobic….. thankfully that has all changed!  The world of podiatry is fascinating to me, it is so much more than cutting nails, and I learn new things every day.

The clinic is a happy, collaborative environment and coming to work is never a chore, our patients can be assured of a warm welcome.

When I’m not at work I am mum to a vibrant, beautiful son, we spend our free time together hunting Pokémon, reading and travelling and enjoying family time with my fiancé Glen and his 3 daughters.

If you think we might be the right people to help you with your foot problems then please do give us a call.

Now at least you know who you’ll be talking to 😉
